Daily occasional teachers and long-term occasional (LTOs) positions are paid two weeks after the work is completed and are only paid for the days they work. Please only refer to the Occasional Teacher Pay Schedule and remember to check your pay stub on the specified pay dates. It's important to note that permanent teachers have a different pay schedule. Occasional teachers do not receive pay during the summer, March break, or winter break. Plan your budget accordingly, and consider regular employment insurance.
